The Hague Maxi Motion Cam Stabilizer is a handheld stabilizing system which has been designed for professional handheld cameras between 1kg-3kg in weight.
The crucial part of any stabilizer is the gimble, as it is essential that the handle is totally free moving. The Hague Maxi Motion Cam's gimble has a highly polished ball with a nylon socket, plus a radial ball bearing handle ensuring super free movement. This makes it far superior and more effective than any other "ball type" stabilizer on the market.
The camera fits directly onto the stabilizer with adjustment for moving the camera forward and backward for balancing. There are several slots in the camera plate to allow the camera to be off-set should the cameras mounting hole not be in the centre of balance.
At the bottom of the Maxi Motion Cam is an adjustable counterbalance platform with weights. Once balanced it is quick and simple to level off the camera. A selection of counterbalance weights are supplied for balancing the different weights of camera up to 3kg.
An optional weight pack is available to support cameras up to 5kg. Please note that all cameras over 2.5kg can be heavy to be handheld for a long period of time. The Hague Maxi Motion Cam is made of lightweight aluminium with zinc plated counterbalance weights.
